Crustless Spinach Mini Quiche
INGREDIENTS
- 7 eggs
- 2 cups of shredded cheese
- 3-4 large handfuls of baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 5 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 350° F. Line muffin tray with silicone baking cups or spray with cooking spray.
- upload butter to big frying pan, then saute mushrooms, onions and spinach until the mushrooms are gentle and the spinach is wilted.
- Crack the eggs right into a huge bowl and whisk. as soon as eggs are fully combined, stir thru grated cheese, salt, pepper, and sauteed vegetables.
